1. Processing time
1.1. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping methods & estimated delivery
2.1. We work with international suppliers and logistics partners. Shipping times vary depending on destination:

2.2. These are estimated timelines and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping costs
3.1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, weight, and shipping method.
3.2. In some promotions, we may offer free shipping.
4. Customs, duties & taxes

Prices shown on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by EU law.-
For orders below €150, VAT is collected at checkout.

For orders above €150, local customs may charge additional import duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, etc.):
Orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or processing fees, which are not included in our prices.
Customers are responsible for these additional costs upon delivery. -
Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Tracking information
5.1. Most orders include tracking numbers, which will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.
5.2. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to become active.
6. Delays & lost packages
6.1. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
6.2. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@anawas.shop. We will investigate with our logistics partners and offer a solution (replacement or refund).
7. Incorrect address
7.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7.2. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be refunded. Customers may request re-shipment at their own expense.
