Refund policy

At ANAWAS JEWELRY, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making your order, as it outlines when and how returns, refunds, and replacements can be processed.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
1.1. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
1.2. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at hello@anawas.shop, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
1.3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. The products must be returned within 14 calendar days of approval.
2. Condition of returned items
2.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
2.2. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.
3. Return shipping costs & verification process
3.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, ANAWAS will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost once the issue is verified.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns
3.2. To verify that an item arrived defective or damaged, the customer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the unboxing process, showing:

The unopened outer package (shipping box or bag).

The moment of opening the package.

The item received, including visible damage or defect.
3.3. Claims without visual proof of the unboxing process cannot be accepted, as this documentation is necessary to confirm responsibility and process a replacement or refund.
3.4. Once the claim is verified, we will contact the customer with the return instructions or resolution options.
3.5. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper handling and use of the product. ANAWAS is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
4.3. If you return only part of your order, the shipping costs originally paid will not be refunded.
5. Defective or incorrect products
5.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hello@anawas.shop, including photos or videos of the issue and of the unboxing process.
5.2. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
6. International orders
6.1. For orders shipped directly from our international suppliers, return addresses and timelines may vary.
6.2. We will provide the specific return instructions for each case after reviewing your request.
